Louisianaroma offers shipping to all 50 U.S states, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands.

• Processing time usually takes from 24 to 72 hours from time order was placed.
• Processing takes place Monday through Friday 9am till 6pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays.
• Louisianaroma charges a $1.00 handling fee for packaging the items as securely as possible. Should a bottle arrive broken, we will issue out a replacement at our own expense.

Standard USPS shipping usually takes 2 - 5 business days in transit, pending on the destination. (shipping time subject to change during major U.S holidays)

International Shipping

We are happy to offer our international customers worldwide shipping, however all international orders are at the liability of the buyer.

Processing time:

• First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive (pending on destination).
• Priority Mail International, deliveries generally take between 6-10 business days to arrive (pending on destination).
• Louisianaroma charges a $1.00 handling fee for packaging the items as securely as possible. Should a bottle arrive broken, we will issue out a replacement at our own expense.

Once the order is fulfilled, an order confirmation email with your order information and tracking number is sent to the customer's email. Please allow at least 24 hours before the tracking information is updated on USPS or UPS website.
